worst” boss you’ve ever had. Next, make a list of the traits, practices, characteristics, etc. that cause you to consider one of them to be a “good” leader and the other to be a “bad” leader. In other words, what are the traits, practices, characteristics, etc. that cause you to consider one of them to be a “good” leader and the other to be a “bad” leader?

What is required to transform a “good” company into a “great” company? In other words, what do you think is the single most important ingredient? Is leadership the key ingredient? Is having the “right” strategy the key ingredient? Is having the “right” culture the key ingredient? Is having the “right” structure the key ingredient?
