This should represent more of the philosophical beliefs used to espoused by those that support the policy option you were assigned. Use your claim statement as the LAST statement in the paragraph.
Claim Statement: Charter schools are a good option for families because they provide a small and supportive learning environment, the ability to adopt a specific vision, and are an outlet for students who are less privileged or simply dont fit in the public school of their district.
